What to Expect
Every Poker Night at Copper Court House is designed to feel less like a tournament and more like a private game among friends—only with professional dealers, a polished room, and a steakhouse kitchen just steps away.
Our Poker Nights feature structured Texas Hold'em sessions with clear blinds, timed levels, and professional dealers. Sessions run for three to four hours with regular breaks. Chips are provided at the table; no cash ever appears on the felt, and no online gambling or betting is part of the evening.
The lounge is designed for conversation and camaraderie, with comfortable seating and a relaxed pace. Tables seat up to eight players, and background music stays at a conversational volume, so you can read the room, share a story, and enjoy the company as much as the cards.
Enjoy our premium steakhouse menu before, during, or after your game, with table-side service available throughout the night. The full menu is offered in the lounge, including special poker night tasting platters built for sharing between hands.
The Format
Each Poker Night features a Texas Hold'em tournament with a fixed buy-in—chips only—and escalating blinds. Starting stacks and blind levels are announced at the start of the evening, and rebuys are allowed during the first hour. Prizes are non-monetary, such as dining vouchers or Copper Court House merchandise, keeping the focus on the game rather than the stakes.
Poker Nights run every Friday and Saturday from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with registration starting at 6:30 PM. Late registration remains open until 8:00 PM, and breaks are scheduled every 90 minutes. The venue itself stays open until 1:00 AM on those nights, so you can settle into dinner or a drink after the final hand.
House Rules & Responsible Play
To ensure a friendly and fair game, we enforce a set of house rules. Chips are for play only; no cash is ever placed on the table, and no online gambling or betting is part of the experience. Respectful behaviour is required at all times, and decisions by the dealer are final. All players must be 18 years or older.
